Thank you for your post into the forum.
Are you running your comparison/synch from the command line or SDK?
When comparing to a backup file using SQL Data Compare, custom comparison keys can not be specified and therefore this is why your PK is being used rather than the FK you specified.
This should account for the differences in the script produced and I presume you are not aware of this because the GUI is not being used?

Hi Toeho,
It looks as though the memory on your SQL Server is severely fragmented and no large enough continuous blocks of memory are available to complete the backup request.
Unfortunately even when using our lowest block size there is still not a large enough block of continuous memory.
In this case you will most likely need a restart of your SQL Server to get SQL Backups running again.

If you add the SQL Backup Agent account name to your file share server as a Local User on Windows without a domain prefix etc does this work?
Can you see your file share server from your SQL Server in Windows Explorer?
You might want to try specifying your network share by IP address and see if that works?

Could you please try the following :
Close the SQL backup GUI. Kill the process if necessary.
Navigate to %:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Red Gate\SQL Backup\Server Data
Delete the contents.
Open the SQL Backup GUI.
Use the SQL Backup GUI as normal and see if you still encounter the problem when closing.

SQL Backup checks the following registry entries to determine the default Data and Log file locations used by SQL Server :
SQL 2005
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\<instance name>\Setup\DefaultData
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\<instance name>\Setup\DefaultLog
If entry does not exist or empty ::
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\<instance name>\Setup\SQLDataRoot
SQL 2000
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSSQLServer\MSSQLServer\DefaultData
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSSQLServer\MSSQLServer\DefaultLog
If entry does not exist or empty :
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSSQLServer\Setup\SQLDataRoot
This area of SQL Backup is being looked at for the next release and should be improved.

Providing I understand your situation properly this is possible.
On your current transactional backup you can add a COPYTO location to copy the backup files to a place where Server B can access. This might be a network share on Server A, network share on Server B or network share on a different machine both Servers can access.
The restore job on Server B will then restore from this network share, once completed the backup file can be moved to a network share or folder that is accessible.
If you want to keep only one copy of the backup file on Server A you can set SQL Backup to delete the copy after a retention period.
I would advise running the Log Shipping Wizard in SQL Backup on a small test database, you can then use Enterprise Manager/SSMS to view the job step syntax and edit your existing jobs accordingly.
