Having the same problem. Still see SQL Prompt in _other_ versions of SSMS, but history/prompt are gone from SSMS v22. I had SQL Prompt v11.2.0 working w/ SSMS v22. I had an “update available”, launched it, quit out of all SSMS/VS windows, let the update continue, then restarted SSMS and no longer have the menu or anything in Extensions for SSMS v22. Edit: I tried running "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 22\Release\Common7\IDE\SSMS.exe" /resetsettings That has cleared up the extension cache in the past, but doesn't seem to have helped at all this time. / comments
