SQL History not showing anything on SSMS 21

Has anyone had an issue with SQL History not showing / opening properly on SSMS 21? I'm running the latest SSMS 21 and SQL Prompt versions but SQL History doesn't work properly for me, the tab appears but nothing in it.

It still works when I open SSMS 20, could running both versions be causing some kind of clash?

    I ran into the same issue.  It doesn't seem to be installed as an extension for SSMS 21 (or at least there isn't anything under the extensions folder as is the case for SSMS 20).  I tried manually copying from my SSMS 20 folder, but that didn't work.  I hope they get this resolved soon.
