SQL Monitor: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hello Tech support,

I downloaded SQL Monitor to test Enterprise product fitment.

Installation was easy, but post installation when I try to add a SQL instance for monitoring I get a “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”

I tried checking the “Trust Server Certificate” and select Network protocol as “TCP/IP”. But still keeps throwing this error. The WMI connection method is set to DCOM. Also tried using the instance name as Server name, localhost and IP address.

Please support to resolve this and move to the actual trial of the product.

Good Morning!
Can you try the following connection tests from the base monitor instance towards this instance having issues and confirm if you get the same error?
