Opened a call up on this one, as it seems the base and web installers did run correctly, but there's an issue with the web application that runs on iis as it's crashing and causing the issue.
I've reverted back to the previous version and restored the redgate monitor from this morning and we are back and running.

We have run into an issue with our application as well, HTTP Error 500.30 - ASP.NET Core app failed to start. It appears the new update file-size has gone down, not sure if that could be related to web-services crashing or not.

Red gate are aware of the issue and say they are currently trying to resolve. In the meantime they said to revert back to the previous version which we had already did. If you look in the IIS logs you will see why the application is crashing.
Here's a part of our logs.
2025-02-28 16:40:10,820 [ 1] ERROR RedGate.Monitor.Common.Utilities.Certificates.CertificateStore - Current executing user: IIS APPPOOL\removed
2025-02-28 16:40:10,830 [ 1] FATAL - Failed to start website

Hi
Anyone else having issues with the 14.0.48 release? the base monitor seemed to install ok using our automated script, but the web installer didn't.
When I try to run the web installer manually, it just displays a splash screen, which then disappears and then nothing else happens.
Thanks
Darren
