SQL Prompt install removing user SSMS menus?

Is there something in the SQLPrompt installation regarding the installation of the menu options for SQLPrompt which results in removing all other user custom menus?

I ask, cause i've noticed my own custom menus previously added via SSMS tools menu have now gone - and i've recently reinstalled SQLPrompt  : menu-items i've added to Tools menu remain but a separate new menu has been removed

    I've tried to replicate this, but I don't seem to be getting the same outcome. After both uninstalling and reinstalling a newer version and then directly updating to a newer version the custom menu is still there for me. So perhaps an issue with SSMS 20.
