How to create VDITimeout entry in registry?

Got this message in a warning..."or try increasing the value of the VDITimeout registry setting in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Red Gate\SQL Backup\BackupSettingsGlobal\[InstanceName]"
Went into the registry on the particular machine this warning was issued for, but there is no such entry.

What type should it be? (String Value, Binary Value, DWORD Value, etc.?)

What would the default setting be?

    Hi Randy,

    This should be a DWORD (note that the default entry format might be hexadecimal). Please let me know if you have any more problems.

    You can read more about this here. The default value is 30 seconds, so 45 could be a good start.
