SQL Backup Update Error

After downloading the May 10 update for SQL Backup, the following error message appears before installation begins:
Some files that need to be processed are currently in use.

The following applications are using files that need to be updated by this setup. Close these files and click Retry to continue.

SQL Backup 3.10 Updates - Microsoft Internet Explorer

It's not possible to close this application (IE) to continue the update.

    Hi Sam,

    I've sent you the URL to download the software directly. The only thing that InstallShield update service should ever complain about is that SQL Backup is open. The program must be shut down before the setup can run properly.

    SQL Backup doesn't use IE for anything, so if it complained about IE being open, InstallShield's agent must have got confused somehow. Hopefully this doesn't happen to you again.
