Automating schema code reconciliation

Hello!

I am using SQL Compare 7.1 Standard Edition. I would like to automate comparison/reconciliation of two databases on different servers. My understanding is that I need Pro Edition that allows command line automation. Could you please confirm this is possible through command line in Pro Edition?
