format sql shortcut keys disappear; others still work

I am using SSMS 2008 and every once inawhile the shortcut keys for the SQL Prompt: format SQL disappear. All of other shortcut keys still work just not this one particular function. I can still hit ctl+shift+D to refresh suggestions.

The weird thing is that the shortcut key combo no longer shows up in the drop down list for format SQL.

I have a screen print of the drop down list if it would be helpful.

    I was not able to replicate the issue but I have logged this in our internal tracking system SP-2627 so that it can be looked into by development team.
