Issue Backing up 90+ databases

I have a while loop that goes through and backups over 90+ databases to a data domain device.

Some nights it works perfect and other nights it misses some databases. No errors within SQL Logs ect..

Any suggestions?

    Any errors recorded in the SQL Backup log? By default, the log files are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Red Gate\SQL Backup\Log\<instance name>.
