Update Service does not recognize this product.

When attempting to check for updates on the SQL Backup product, I get the following InstallShield error: Update Service does not recognize this product. Please contact your software vendor for updates to this product. Error 13000: Version not registered with the Update Service.

The version of SQL Backup is 3.1.0.1.

    We will correct this as soon as possible. In the meantime, I can assure you that you've got the latest version of SQL Backup. A new release is still a few weeks away.
