Could you kindly let me know the settings for SQL Prompt 4 --> Options --> Format --> Case ? -
All three options are set to UPPERCASE.

i.e.
Select<enter>
I have turned enter off as a insertion key, but that shouldn't cause a problem, as the case is correctly modified with characters like ( which I don't have turned on as a insertion key. (If I turn Enter on as an insertion key then the keyword would get upper cased, but I wouldn't get moved to a new line which is what I want.)
