Options page improvements

If I go to SQL Prompt 4 / Options, it will always display the Main/Behavior page, regardless of the last selected page.
It would be very nice to remember the last active one.
Also it would be very useful to have accelerators on the left side of the options page, to use Alt+<key> to quickly switch to the desired page.

    Hi George,

    This was something that recently was raised by someone in Red-Gate too. I have logged it in our database and we will have this done in a future version as currently we are taking only critical bug fixes on v4.0.
