No items to display ... but all servers show colours

I am having a strange problem. My Management Server crashed. When it was brought back up, SQL Response will show that all my servers have alerts and recommendations, but the main area show "No items to display with current selection of filters". The only filter unchecked is "Cleared Alert" and even checked it makes no difference. When a new alert occurs, it shows up and I can clear it, but the red, yellow, blue and purple never goes away.

Is there a way to reset the server without loosing the data? By not losing the data, I mean that I will settle for a way to back it up and then clear it all out.

I am running SQL Response v1.3.0.58.

    In the SQL Response GUI on the Toolbar at the top should be a "From the Last:" drop down box. If you change that to display no filter or a longer period do the Alerts appear?
