I need to open up network connectivity to allow the Deactivation tool to be able to connect to the licensing server. Can you provide me with the IP and port that the tool uses to connect to the licensing server??

Also, is there a way to tell the deactiavtion tool to use a proxy or deactivate via email the same way you activate a server.

Thanks,
Toeho

Deactivation is performed over a TCP connection on port 80 to the licensing server at 94.236.51.186 (licensing.red-gate.com).

There is no email service for deactivations, so you must be connected to the Internet with the appropriate firewall considerations to deactivate.

    Hope this helps,
