How to exclude Extended Properties from Table compares?

Hi, absolute newbie question:

Our tables (stage and production) may be accessed via Access (sic!) thereby creating differences for Extended Properties starting with "MS_" (Access will happily store last sort order or such like in those props).

Needless to say, I will get plenty of artificial differences which I would like to exclude as they are of no interest whatsoever. How?

    In the project options screen, there is an option to ignore extended properties (there is a search box at the top if you can't find it)
