Backup File Compatibility

Is it possible to restore a backup taken with SQL Backup 6 to a server with the SQL Backup 5 server-side components installed?

    Hi Chris,

    There was a file format change in SQL Backup v6, so version 5 installations can't read backups taken using version 6. You can use the SqbConverter utility to convert v6 files to v5 files if you need to. Please see here for more information:
