Trying to reinstall SQB v5 after testing SQB v6 pre-release

I have reinstalled SQL Backup v5 on our Development server but I can't seem to get the license to reactivate. I get the following error:

Activate License - Failed

Process Activation Request - Failed

This serial number is not for this version.

You tried to activate SQL Backup 6. This serial number is valid for SQL Backup 5 Pro.

You can download an older version of SQL Backup at:
http://www.red-gate.com/downgrade

You can upgrade to the latest version at:
http://www.red-gate.com/upgrade


Refresh server information - Pending

Operation pending.


I don't understand why I am getting this since SQL Backup v6 has been removed.

    It turns out that the SQBCoreService.exe files were still at version 6, though the other binary files were at v5. After manually stopping the services and deleting the directory containing these files. I was once again able to reinstall and this time activation worked correctly.
