Actually, we only get the tables and views when doing the command line. The one with everything was created with the GUI.
We intend to save this to a network share. -
OK, I'm not at all sure what is going on. It is only saving the tables and views with either the GUI or the command line, which it was not doing earlier. I have everything checked in Application Options>Scripts Folder Structure.

Sorry, I don't know what the problem is either. SQL Compare should synchronize everything to an empty script folder, unless maybe you specify include and exclude switches.

When creating a scripts folder using the command line, if the folder is created outside of the SQL Compare folder, only the tables and views folders and scripts and the info file are saved. How can we save scripts for all db objects?
