Disk metrics not showing

I need to review disk IO for each database, however none of the disk metrics have data. Is there a setting I need to trip or it is more fundamental, that as my servers live on VMware hosts that disk IO stats are not available?

    Can you try restarting the Redgate Monitor Base Monitor Windows Service to see if that helps?
