SQL History menu options do not exist but keeps opening documents I manually closed

I just upgraded to the latest release of SQL Prompt and I have SQL History which keeps opening the old documents I closed already.  I have followed all the instructions for disabling this feature but sadly the menu items dont even show up so I can't turn it off and at this point it takes 5 minutes to load all the files every time I want to restart SSMS.  
Under Queries all I see is Color, the history setting doesn't even have a menu item.

    What version of SQL Prompt are you using? Does SQL History show up in your men bar?

    Have you tried reinstalling SQL Prompt? This may restore the History options. The newest version is 10.16.5.
