Can't install SQL Toolbelt essentials

I am using the latest version of the installer and am getting the error:  SQL Toolbelt essentials failed with exit code 0xe0434352.  I am running the installer as Administrator and my firewall is off and I can reach all Redgate authentication servers.

I'm using Windows 11, SSMS 19.

    Good Morning Sean,

    Thanks for reaching out to Redgate Software and sorry to hear you are having trouble with the toolbelt essentials installer. Thankfully, I believe this issue can be caused by a corrupted installer, could I have you try the latest installer instead? Link is included below, alternatively, you can also attempt running the MS .NET repair tool if the issue persists with the new installer.

    Link is in my previous message under Cheers, Product Support marked as SQLToolbeltEssentials.exe, can you not see the attachment by chance?
