"xxxx" is already being monitored
I am trying to add server to my new Redgate Monitor instance. It was previously monitored from a different monitoring server.
This server was not removed from the previous Redgate Monitor instance, and the previous Redgate Monitoring instance server was shutdown. Add/remove programs was used to remove redgate products from the target server, as well as using regedit to remove redgate references.
When trying to add the server to another monitoring instance, I am getting the message "xxxx" is already being monitored.
The target server is a Windows server with SQL server.
Can anyone help?
