SQL Prompt Bulk Actions missing

When I initially installed the SQL Toolbelt I had the `Bulk Actions` menu item, but after applying some updates to the apps I have now noticed that that option is no longer there.  How do I get this back?

    Hi, could you share what version of SQL Prompt you are using? I checked my own test environment and the menu item is available on version 10.14.21, which is an older version. I also updated to 10.14.23 and the bulk actions menu item is available.

    I am running 10.14.23.11448 and it is missing.  I have restarted SSMS and restarted my machine.  Not sure why it just disappeared.

    Hi Adam, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling SQL Prompt?

    @JoshH I have not, but what I did find out is that it randomly came back.  I haven't seen it disappear since, but for whatever reason it is back and working again.
