Hello,
It doesn't appear to be related to alert suppression, since you receive the alert outside the suppression window at 8:06am. Does it happen on one particular instance or does it randomly occur across several? Does it indicate what time the alert condition happened? Can you provide a screenshot or other details to investigate further? -

Thank you for your help.

Have you had this issue occur again recently? I think we may need to move this to a ticket as we'll need to look at logs and possibly set up a call.

Hi
I'm encountering an issue with Redgate SQL Monitor version 13.0.35.25354. I have configured the "Alert suppression" settings to suppress alerts from 12 AM to 8 AM. However, on some days, I receive a "Log Backup Overdue" alert at around 8:06 AM, despite having log backups scheduled every 5 minutes. There are no actual issues with the backups themselves, as they are running successfully.
This persistent alert is becoming quite bothersome. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have suggestions on how to resolve this?
