Stuck RedGate Monitor Process that runs xp_sqlagent_enum_jobs proc

Hi team,

We have RedGateMonitor 14,
Target is SQL Server 2016.

There's a RedGateMonitor process that runs xp_sqlagent_enum_jobs for over 83h.
Is it safe to kill the process ?

    Good Afternoon,
    Can you try restarting the SQL Monitor Base Monitor Windows Service? That should allow you to reset the process with minimal impact.
