Output results of Compare SQL code of all procs between 2 dbs

We are looking to compare to SQL Server databases and note all differences in all stored procedures in the 2 databases (e.g. OldDB, NewDB). 
For output we're looking for (a) a summarized view to get an overview and easily click down to view the details (b) an output file showing all code which differs noting the proc name and before / after code of OldDB vs. NewDB)
Does the SQL compare software do this?  
Is there a US pre sales number?

    What format is the output file?  .pdf? Can the (.pdf?) output file show only the lines of code that differ?
