Licence Activation

Hi all, I have 10 user licences  for SQL prompt. I activate 1 licences successfully but for 2.user activation I get activation failure message "the serial (21312312312111319" is not valid for this product. I didn't understand what is the problem?( Manual activation)
İs there anyone can help me ?

    Thanks for your post! Please could you open a support ticket with a screenshot of the error you're receiving along with the serial number and we can look into this for you.
