refresh suggestions is unable to connect to server

After the latest update Ver 10.14.15.8425, the suggestions are lost and refresh suggestion is unable to connect to server.
SQL prompt log shows
Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: HTTP Provider, error: 0 - )

Nothing has changed for the server. SSMS is v18.9.1.

    Nevermind I saw another post saying SQL prompt Ver 10.14.15.8425 has issues with SSMS v18.9.1. Reverted back to 10.14.10.7538 and now the refresh suggestion works
