Why is SQL Prompt is not working in VS 2022

I have a SSDT project and when I tried to add an update statement in my stored procedure SQL Prompt doesn't give me any suggestion.   Why?

    Checking the 'Trust server certificate' when connecting to the server resolved the issue for me.
