sql server are not able to connect it

Hi All,
This month we have monthly Windows patches after rebooting the SQL server is not able to connect back the SQL monitor.
i did tnc and the result was successful. but looking at the log. I have no clue and this is new to me.

Can you try these connection tests from the base monitor machine and let us know what results you get?
