Visual Studio 2022 - suggestions stop working

I open VS 2022 , then open  a SQL editor , then open a connection.  The redgate form that loads the suggestions is visible at the lower right corner.

However, after some time (a couple of hours or after a hibernate) I no longer get the database suggestions.  The snippits however do still appear in the dropdown, I just miss the database suggestions (tables, columns,...) When I do a Refresh Suggestions   (Ctrl-Shft-D) nothing happens.

I do not load a database project, I just open a folder in visual studio.

Is there a way to solve this, or a workaround that I can force the refresh

    Can I confirm the version of SQL Prompt & VS 2022 you have installed, I'm not familiar with this issue being raised before and would like to try and replicate it and provide to our developers.
