I am on the latest SSMS 19.3 and on the latest SQL Prompt 10.14.7.6275, but for the life of me, Ctrl+Shift+D doesn't work anymore.   I have tried multiple keyboards.   Very weird.

    Actually, I found the issue.  We are using Snag-It and by default, it is using Ctrl+Shift+D, which was preventing SSMS from allowing to intercept it.  Once I changed that in Snag-It, Ctrl+Shift+D worked in SSMS.

    We can close this...

    FWIW, this happened when we first got Snag-It a few years ago, but I totally forgot about it....UGH....

    Thank you for the update @mmoore and glad to hear the concern has been resolved.

    I'll update our internal documentation in case others hit similar concerns with shortcut keys not working in SSMS for our tools.
