Why SSMS integration Pack do not install default while installing SQL Prompt?

I have installed SQL Prompt, but it does not integrate with SSMS. I am using SSMS 2018. I have found that the SSMS Integration Pack3 is not installing by default when installing SQL Prompt.

    What version of SQL Prompt are you installing? Also, can you let me know what version of SSMS you are using (version 18.x or other). This would help us determine next steps.
