Hi,
Can you confirm that you are using Visual Studio 2017 with SSDT? https://documentation.red-gate.com/ss
Have you tried to repair the SSMS Integration Pack instead of uninstalling? https://documentation.red-gate.com/ss/troubleshooting/sql-search-doesn-t-appear-in-the-redgate-toolbar

Windows 10 Enterprise, version 21H2
The only options for SSMS Integration Pack 3 are Modify (greyed out) and uninstall.
Choosing uninstall I get a popup that says:
This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page.
My only option is to press the OK button.
I have re-downloaded the tool pack, but when I try and re-install it says a newer version has been installed, and it will not let me continue.

When you say you have re-downloaded the tool pack, are you referring to Redgate's tools? Can you tell me what version of SQL Search is installed and what version you tried to reinstall?

Was available yesterday afternoon, but not available after a forced reboot.
Cannot uninstall SQL Search 3: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action."
Cannot uninstall SSMS Integration Pack 3 for same reason.
Red Gate toolbar shows SQL History, SQL Test and SQL Source Control, not SQL Search.
I have attached the logs from yesterday (when it was working) and today.
