SQL Prompt No Suggestion being loaded

I am working with SQL Server Management Studio 19.1.56.0 and the suggestions are not loading at all. I am connected to Azure managed instance. SQL Prompt is version 10.13.15.3135. I have scoured the forums here and have not been able to find an answer. Any help would be much appreciated.

    We have the same problem -- Redgate SQL Prompt with SSMS 19.X does not work with Azure databases, at all.
