Is it possible to capture the job error in the e-mail alert?

We get an alert that provides a link for details, but when people are away from the office it would be great to include the error message in the e-mail. We send the errors to teams and right now someone has to get on the network and login to see what the error message is.

    I'm afraid this isn't possible. There isn't currently a way to view the error message in the email alert!
