Error "Index out of array" when data comparing a Database Backup to a live database

Hello, we get an error "Index out of array"  when reading a database backup and data-comparing it to an live sql server database.

We are able to find out, that this happens with a column with datatype nvarchar(max). The content is dynamic sql. When we remove the content, the compare works.

Has anyone seen something similar?

    Are you able to provide a reproduction of the issue that you're seeing so that we can reproduce this issue locally? 

    Or alternatively, I can open a support ticket, and you could send over a copy of the backup that you were comparing?
