Thanks for your post.
As SQL Monitor licensing for Azure SQL Databases is per database, it makes no difference if it's a serverless database or not.
You can use the Powershell API and create a script that suspends and unsuspends those databases at a set time.

Thanks Robyn, I wasn't aware I could do that and, what's more, that there were examples in the configuration menu!
Have found an example that does just what I want and will give it a go.

Is there anyway that we could automatically schedule SQL monitor to stop monitoring selected databases outside of office hours so they can pause (and we can save some money!)
