Feature request: Remember what was installed

When installing SQL Prompt I am asked if I want to integrate it with SSMS or VS or both. I only use it in SSMS so that is what I select. When running setup for a newer version I am prompted again for this but the default is to integrate into both. Please change the default to be the option previously used
