SQL History appears to search case sensitive now

I was doing a search for "Heatmap" which I knew was a table name that I worked with recently and found no results. When I changed the search to "HeatMap", the query I was looking for came up.

The documentation says it's a case insensitive search - that doesn't appear to be the case.

A checkbox to turn on/off could be useful (or just making it insensitive).

    What version of SQL Prompt and SSMS are you using? I am having trouble replicating your issue as SQL History seems to be case insensitive on my end.

    SSMS: 19.1.56.0

    Although I have tried again and now it appears to be behaving better with regards to capitalization, although still not perfectly.

    I am still unable to replicate your issue with the specifications that you provided.

    What is the nature of the issue in regards to capitalization? Does it only work for certain queries or with certain letters?
