SQL Prompt in Azure Data Studio

I'm trying to install sql prompt in Azure Data Studio but I keep getting the following install failed message:

    Are you using these steps to install the extension?
    In ADS, go to View > Command Palette
    Type into the box then select: "Install from VSIX"
    Select the RedGate SQL Prompt VSIX file
