Unable to upgrade the Data Repository schema

The error message references a database named 'RedGateMonitor' however I cannot find it.

    This error usually occurs when you're using SQL Express (which isn't recommended) as it has a hard limit of 10gb.

    If you use SQL Express, you'll need to set short data retention windows for SQL Monitor, such as one week for data you want to view trends for, and three days for troubleshooting data. You have a practical limit with Express of 10–15 monitored machines.
