sql prompt has stopped working

I am running ssms 18.12.1, sql prompt 10.12.6.30951.
License is valid, I have checked many times.
the intelisense macro expansion has stopped working.  Closing and reopening SSMS has no effect.  Ideas?

    Nevermind.  After 2 days of not working, it decided to work today.  No idea why.
