Redgate SQL Change Automation: Build and Redgate SQL Change Automation - Licence

We want to use Redgate SQL Change Automation: Build and Redgate SQL Change Automation: Release tasks in the Azure DevOps pipelines or the PowerShell components (Invoke-DatabaseBuild, Import-DatabaseBuildArtifact, New-DatabaseReleaseArtifact).
What licence is needed for this? We currently have SQL Toolbelt Essentials.

    Thanks for your post. 

    You'll need Redgate Deploy (The SQL Toolbelt equivalent) to use SQL Change Automation.
