F12 to open a procedure as Create or Alter instead of Alter

Is there any way to have the F12 open the new tab for a procedure as a "create or alter" rather than just "alter" I find myself always having to go change that before I check this into Source Control

Unfortunately, there's no way to change how the F12 shortcut functions, however, I would recommend submitting this as a feature request over on our UserVoice forum:
