I make use of different schemas in my databases and one major gripe I have with SQL Data Compare is the Tables and Views Tab doesn't show the Schema Name with the Table. So if you have schemaA.TableA and schemaB.TableA then it's not easy to tell which table you're comparing.
Can you add please add schema prefix to all your object lists (through out your product set

)
Also, now we're in 2009 and "most" of your data compare 8 customers will probably be SQL 2005/2008, shouldn't Owner Mapping be referred to as Schema Mapping.
