SQL Prompt

Installed SQL Prompt as new installation and have SQL Prompt menu however whenever I try to select anything from the "Help" I get the pop out menu however when i select an option i.e. Check for Updates nothing happens, also after installation once I Opened SSMS 2016 I was presented with a pop up box saying Cannot find file?
Any help would be appriciated

    Hi there,

    Thank you for you post. 

    If you are using SQL Prompt 10 then you would need to be on SSMS 18. 

    Prior versions are not compatible. If you need to use SSMS 16 then you will need an older version like SQL Prompt 9
