show execution plan does not work

Hello,
when i click "show execution plan" in sqlserver "process monitor".
SQLSEVER go down and restart.
This problem is creating a lot of problems for me.

    Thank you for reaching out on the Redgate forums regarding your SQL Server crashing concern.
    Is this connected to SQL Prompt or another Redgate product?

    Are you able to provide any screenshots of how you show your execution plan and any warning/error messages that appear before SQL Server goes down.

    I am not aware that SQL Prompt has it's own execution plan functionality and would like to see what is going on in your environment so we can potentially assist further.

    i have sqlprompt installed. I think there is conflict with sqlprompt.
    I use management studio v18.8
